Oviedo will hold this week, from the 13th to the 15th, the final stage of #wannachangemylife, a talent recruiting campaign launched by ONTIER last July.
The purpose is to select future country managers, who will join the different offices of the firm worldwide (present in 14 countries) in order to undertake commercial, managing and international growth duties, as well as brand communication. The campaign was launched at an international level under the hashtag #wannachangemylife (#quierocambiarmivida in Spanish).
The selection process has been spread through a new multi-platform advertising campaign, combining traditional and digital press, active presence on social media and the use of videos starred by influential advisors that told how they had changed their own lives. The total printing has been 40,000,000.
